This week’s Words to Live By are those that should be remembered all the time…but especially tomorrow as you sit down for Thanksgiving dinner. If you’re trying to lose weight and have been eating right and working out, don’t throw it all away tomorrow by totally overeating! I am NOT saying not to indulge tomorrow – you should definitely grub because it’s a special day that’s all about gratitude, good food, family and friends. However, there is really no need to eat all day long and stuff yourself with unhealthy food until you can’t move. Why not get in a workout in the morning and eat your delicious Thanksgiving dinner in a normal portion until your satisfied That’s my plan, and with the help of Skinny Fiber, I’m gonna do just fine this year.
