Exercising can be hard when you have a very busy schedule. Split your workout session into a pair of halves. Don’t increase the duration of your workout, just do it in two portions. If you normally spend 60 minutes on the treadmill, schedule half an hour of treadmill time each morning, and 30 minutes more later that night. If you would rather not go to the gym twice in a day, try doing just one workout at the gym and then a later session outside or at home.

You must always be sure to observe correct form as you exercise in order to prevent injuries. As you walk, stand up straight with your shoulders behind you, as if you were being lifted by an invisible string. Let each elbow drop to a right angle. If your right foot is forward, your left arm should be forward and vice versa. Make sure that you are walking heal to toe.

Simple rule for working out to build your body: Fewer reps with heavier weight will build more muscle mass. Before you start working out, select a muscle group. Do a warm-up set by lifting weights that are easy to lift. Do 15-20 repetitions to warm your muscles up. Once you’ve finished your warm-up, do a set with a heavy weight. You should only be able to lift it six to eight times in succession. Increase the weight by 5 pounds and repeat for the third set.
